CONNECTOR COMPOSITION
The TECNARIA CTF shear stud connector consists of:
A) a 12 mm headed stud
B) a rectangular 38×54 mm pressed steel base plate, 4 mm thick. The stud connector and the base plate are riveted together.
C) two carbon steel nails Ø 4.5 mm, length 22.5 mm, Ø head 14 mm, to pass through the two holes in the plate.
All the connector components are zinc plated with an average protection thickness of 8 μm, corresponding to 2 cycles of “Kesternich” corrosion resistance.
