{"id":5100,"date":"2016-07-18T15:27:52","date_gmt":"2016-07-18T13:27:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.renforcement-planchers.com\/?p=5100"},"modified":"2017-04-04T15:54:35","modified_gmt":"2017-04-04T13:54:35","slug":"renovation-et-renforcement-de-planchers-en-acier-avec-de-fines-couches-de-beton","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tecnaria.com\/fr\/renovation-et-renforcement-de-planchers-en-acier-avec-de-fines-couches-de-beton\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9novation et renforcement de planchers en acier avec de fines couches de b\u00e9ton"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Renforcement de planchers en acier \u00e0 L&rsquo;Aquila.<\/h2>\n<h4><em>L&rsquo;utilisation de b\u00e9ton renforc\u00e9s de fibres sp\u00e9ciaux et de connecteurs de faible hauteur ont permis de limiter \u00e0 3 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur l&rsquo;action de renforcement d&rsquo;un plancher en acier dans le centre historique de L&rsquo;Aquila.<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tecnaria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/20131031_114008.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4355 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/tecnaria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/20131031_114008-300x290.jpg\" alt=\"rinforzo solaio in acciaio in zona sismica l'Aquila - Tecnaria\" width=\"300\" height=\"290\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tecnaria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/20131031_114008-300x290.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tecnaria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/20131031_114008-510x493.jpg 510w, https:\/\/tecnaria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/20131031_114008.jpg 621w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Les planchers sur lesquels ont port\u00e9 l&rsquo;intervention ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construits par le pass\u00e9 avec une technique de construction tr\u00e8s courante\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; poutres en acier de type IPN 140 &#8211; IPN 100 avec entraxe de 1 m\u00e8tre\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; grandes briques plates pos\u00e9es sur le rebord inf\u00e9rieur de la poutre\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; couche de remplissage de mat\u00e9riau li\u00e9 pour niveler le plancher\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p>Le seuil de 30 mm a permis le maintien des niveaux et des hauteurs utiles existantes et l&rsquo;obtention de l&rsquo;approbation du projet structurel par la Surintendance.\u00a0La dalle de b\u00e9ton a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec du micro-b\u00e9ton renforc\u00e9 de fibres REFOR-Tec\u00ae. Ce produit offre des performances m\u00e9caniques \u00e9lev\u00e9es avec de faibles \u00e9paisseurs et, gr\u00e2ce aux fibres d&rsquo;acier, la pose d&rsquo;un treillis \u00e9lectrosoud\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire. La dalle de b\u00e9ton collabore avec les profil\u00e9s en acier existants IPN140 et IPN100 via la pose des connecteurs TECNARIA CTF 025 de 25 mm de hauteur. La fixation des connecteurs est assur\u00e9e par l&rsquo;introduction de 2 clous \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute r\u00e9sistance. L&rsquo;introduction est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un pistolet cloueur, fourni en location par Tecnaria. Cette technique d&rsquo;introduction permet d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les soudures sur des \u00e9l\u00e9ments m\u00e9talliques, ce qui, sur l&rsquo;acier existant, est rarement possible, en raison de la composition chimique de l&rsquo;acier.
